Ingredients
Slaw
- 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 1⁄2 cups jicama, julienned
- 1 1⁄2 oranges, peeled and segamented
- 1⁄2 cup red pepper, julienned
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, julienned
- 1⁄4 red onion, sliced in thin rings
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro
Dressing
- 1⁄8 cup salad oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup peanuts, as garnish
Directions
- mix ingredients for slaw then toss in dressing. Garnish with peanuts.
