Jewelled Fruit Slice

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups rice bubbles
- 3⁄4 cup coconut, toasted
- 1 cup full cream milk powder
- 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 2 cups glace fruit, diced
- 250 g Copha, melted, cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Grease and line 16 x 26 cms baking tray.
- Melt copha, set aside to cool.
- Gently toast coconut.
- Combine rice bubbles and toasted coconut.
- Add milk powder and icing sugar.
- Add glace fruit.
- Now mix in melted copha and vanilla.
- Press into pan, refrigerate till set.
