Jer's Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Directions
- combine all ingredients except oil in cuisinart or blender.
- pulse until everything is pureed evenly.
- with processor running drizzle oil in a steady thin stream until all is added. If oil begins to pool, slow down stream.
