Ingredients
- 1 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup liquid smoke
- garlic powder, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 3 -4 lbs deer or 3 -4 lbs beef, sliced very thin
Directions
- Mix first six ingredients well.
- Add meat. Refrigerate for at least three days, stirring each day.
- Dehydrate for 8 hours.
