Jeremy's Spicy Rib Rub

This is a rub that I use on almost all kinda of meats. Even though it says in the title that it is a rib rub, it is also great on beef, chicken and turkey.

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons kosher salt
• 6  tablespoons garlic powder
• 6  tablespoons brown sugar
• 6  tablespoons chili powder
• 2  tablespoons onion powder
• 2  tablespoons dried thyme
• 2  tablespoons ground cumin
• 1  teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1  teaspoon  ground chipotle chile pepper
• 1  teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Combime all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. This recipe makes 14 ounces, so you can store any leftover in an airtight spice jar to make sure that the brown sugar doesn't clump.
