Yields: 1 pan
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs beef shoulder, ground or 2 1⁄2 lbs ground sirloin

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- steamed carrots or frozen peas or corn, do not use beans
- mashed potatoes, made with butter
Directions
- FYI, she ground a beef shoulder roast in her food processor and it was awesome. I wonder if a butcher would do it for those who don't own one.
- Combine everything except the steamed carrots and mashed potatoes. Cook in a 9 x 13 pan at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Layer vegetables over cooked meat.
- Cover everything with mashed potatoes. Cook at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
