- Unroll crust. Spread the jam almost to the edges. Sprinkle walnuts over jam. Rollup like a jellyroll.
- Cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces using a serated knife. If you have truble cutting, use a little flour on the knife.
- Onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet, place slices leaving about 1/2 inch between each.
- Dunk a glass into the sugar and press slices til almost flat. Don't worry about cracks forming.
- Bake 10-12 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Turn the tray when done halfway.
