Jellied Strawberry-Apple Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
• 1  cup boiling water
• 1⁄2 cup  ice water
• 1  cup applesauce
• 1  cup apple, peeled and diced

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice water; chill until thickened. Fold in applesauce and apples; spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
