Jeff and Monique's Party Artichoke Dip

My friends Jeff and Monique have this artichoke dip they make for parties. It's so good we all usually burn ourselves on it out of the oven.

• Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

• 1  cup artichoke heart, finely chopped
• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1  cup parmesan cheese, shredded. Make sure to use cheap cheese
• 1  dash paprika

Directions

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients well.
3. Pour into baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with paprika.
5. Bake in oven until golden brown on top and molten inside.
6. Serve with Triscuits.
