Jeanne Bice's Corn Cheese Bake

Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- paprika, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Have ready a small casserole dish.
- Combine cream cheese, milk, butter and onion salt in a saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Stir corn into cheese.
- Pour into small casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika for color, if desired. Cook in preheated oven, uncovered until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
