Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
- 16 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
Directions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic; pour over chicken wings and let marinate covered for one hour in the fridge.
- Grill until done aprx. ten minutes.
- You can also broil them in the oven for about ten minutes or until they are completely done; turning them once.
- Serve them sprinkled with parsley. Enjoy!
