Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted lightly
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons umeboshi, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional) or 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lime juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
