Japanese-Style Miso Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons white miso (shiromiso)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Shake together first 4 ingredients in a small jar.
- Drizzle over prepared salad/vegetables.
- Sprinkle over sesame seeds.
