Japanese Shrimp Dipping Sauce

This sauce is great served with grilled or boiled shrimp.

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 2  tablespoons ketchup
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  togarashi black pepper (Japanese) or 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
•  salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Blend all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add some salt and pepper, to taste.
