Japanese Rice Side Dish

Ingredients
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1⁄2 cup cooked pork, chops
- 1⁄2 cup green beans
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions
- In medium skillet, brown rice in oil or oleo.
- Add 1-cup chicken broth.
- Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
- Add green beans, scrambled egg and soy sauce.
- Toss.
- Put in bowl.
- Add to table as a side dish.
