Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1⁄2 cup sake or 1⁄2 cup dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons Accent seasoning
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions
- Mix together the soy, ginger, sake, and Accent. Pour over the chicken and marinate for 45 minutes. Coat chicken with cornstarch and fry in hot oil until browned.
