Jan's Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
Casserole
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1⁄2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Topping
- 1⁄4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all casserole ingredients together in a large bowl, and pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
- Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top.
- Bake for one hour.
