- soak flakes in hot water. add molasses and powdered milk. when cool enough, add yeast and beaten eggs.
- stir in cornmeal, rice flour, whole spelt flour and vital gluten.
- Add white spelt flour until thick enough to knead and then knead until dough no longer sticks to the countertop:
- shape into 4, 2# loaves, bake at 375, 40 to 45 minutes, or until loaves sound hollow when you tap the bottom of the pan.
