Ingredients

  • 3⁄4-1  ounce vodka
  • 2 -3  dashes  Angostura bitters
  • 1  teaspoon sugar
  • 4  ounces  champagne

  1. Saturate a sugar cube or teaspoon of sugar in a champagne flute with angostura bitters.
  2. Add vodka, fill with champagne, and serve.
