Jambalay Foil Packet Dinner

Foil Packet dinners seem to be fairly popular right now, adding this spicy Cajun dish to the list. Diffidently not up to the standards of a regular full recipe, but when you want something fast and filling, this just might sound just about right. Found this on Wine and Glue site. Show more

  1. Preheat your oven or grill to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Place five square pieces of foil on the counter and spray the centers with cooking spray. Divide the mixture among them. Fold up two sides of the foil and fold over. Then curl both ends in to make a seal packet. Place directly on the grill, or on a baking sheet in the oven.
  4. If grilling, turn over half way through grilling.
  5. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is soft.
