Ingredients

  • 1  cup soymilk or 1  cup  almond milk
  • 1  cup banana, chunked
  • 12 cup dates, pitted
  • 1  cup  non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 12 cup  ice

  1. Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
