Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 2 IN.cubes for kabobs)
  • 2  tablespoons  roasted garlic  grapeseed oil
  • 1  tablespoon  jamaican jerk  seasoning (Wildtree brand Jamaican Jerk Seasoning)
  • 2  green bell peppers (2 IN. chunks)
  • 34  of a red onion (cut into 2IN. chunks)
  • 2  tablespoons  roasted garlic  grapeseed oil
  • 1  tablespoon  jamaican jerk  seasoning (Wildtree brand Jamaican Jerk Seasoning)

Directions

  1. Mix chicken beast, grapeseed oil, jerk seasoning in one bag.
  2. Mix vegetables, grapeseed oil, and jerk seasoning in another bag.
  3. Skewer chicken & veggies alternately and grill over medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes per side. Serve with steamed rice or roasted potatoes and salad.
  4. Alternative cooking option: Skewer only the chicken. To cook the veggies, use a grill pan or your grill grate topped with 2 layers of aluminum foil to sauté the veggies on the grill. Cook time is the same, 5-6 minutes per side.
