Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Glaze

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) jar jalapeno jelly
- 1⁄2 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 lime, zest of
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 green onions, chopped into 1 inch sections
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, deveined and minced (optional and more to taste)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients (except the optional jalapeno) in a blender. Pulse until well blended. Once blended, add the minced jalapeno pepper.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
