Jalapeno Corn Casserole

This is a great side with a little bit of a kick to it. I get so many compliments with this dish along with a request for the recipe.

• Yields: 1 8x8 dish

Ingredients

• 2 (16 ounce) cans shoe peg corn, drained
• 2 (3 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1  dash  garlic salt
• 1 -2  jalapeno pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Melt butter and cheese together.
2. Blend in milk.
3. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
4. Heat in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes and serve.
