Jalapeno Cocktail Pie

Yields: 6 dozen squares
Ingredients
- 3 -4 fresh jalapeno chilies, seeded and chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Sprinkle peppers, onion, and garlic in a well-greased 9-inch square pan.
- Cover with cheese; pour eggs over cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
