Jalapeno Chicken Dip

A friend fixed this for a card party and everyone loved it. It is requested now at every get-together that we have. I'm posting so I can't lose it. Show more

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans  Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar  jalapenos, chopped, with juice
  • 16  ounces cream cheese

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Heat on low until until warm and blended.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
