Jack's Chili

Ingredients
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 5 lbs onions
- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- Tabasco sauce
- chili powder
Directions
- Saute onions and brown ground beef.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add peppers, celery, kidney beans and tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle tobasco sauce and chili powder to taste.
- Simmer until done.
- About 2-3 hours.
