This couldn't be easier using the slow cooker and is great for entertaining or as football grub.

  1. Place onion and garlic in bottom of 3-quart slow cooker. Top with pork; sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and salt until smooth. Pour over pork. Cover; cook 10-12 hours on low.
  3. Transfer pork to plate, reserving sauce in slow cooker; cool slightly. Using two forks, shred pork into bite-sized pieces; stir back into sauce.
  4. Fill buns with pork mixture, dividing evenly. Top with coleslaw.
