Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce

A fantastic BBQ Sauce. Use Jack Daniels (but any Whiskey will do!) Leftover sauce freezes well.

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine onion, garlic and whiskey. Simmer over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until onion is translucent.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Puree in food processor or blender.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 day to blend flavours.
