J-Man's Ultimate Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 pinch clove
- 16 ounces pumpkin (I use fresh, but canned is fine)
- 3⁄4 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs, beaten to blend
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Whisk the first 8 ingredients until no lumps remain. Blend in pumpkin, whipping cream sour cream and eggs.
- Pour into pie shell and bake until center is almost set. About 55 minutes (usually a bit longer in my oven).
