Italian Vinaigrette

This is a family favorite and you can adjust the flavors!

• Yields: 1 tbsp

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons olive oil
• 2  tablespoons red wine vinegar (You can go lighter or heavier with the vinegar)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  italian seasoning
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  minced garlic
• 1 -2  teaspoon  of grated parmesan cheese
•  salt and pepper
• 1  pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a ramekin or small bowl.
2. Wisk together until mixed thoroughly.
3. Enjoy!
