2-Ingredient Italian Veggie Dip

This is so easy, it is almost embarrassing to post. I think, I made it up, but who knows.......This is my go-to recipe for a dip to serve with fresh veggies. Everyone loves it and always ask for my recipe. Show more

Ingredients

  • 16  ounces light sour cream
  • 23 ounce  Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix

Directions

  1. Mix .7 oz packet of salad dressing mix with sour cream. (The recipe builder changes the size of the packet to 2/3 oz., which I can't fix.).
  2. Chill for at least two hours (I have served it when chilled less time, but the longer you chill it the more time it has for the flavors to meld.).
  3. Serve with fresh cut up vegetables. I like to serve it with broccoli, sweet red peppers, green peppers, carrots, celery, grape tomatoes. You get the idea! :-).
