Italian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 4 Italian rolls, split lengthwise
- 1 fresh garlic clove, halved
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1⁄3 cup onion, finely chopped (I prefer white onions)
- 1⁄4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Place rolls cut side up on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Lightly coat sides of rolls with cooking spray. Broil 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Rub garlic evenly over cut sides of rolls. Set aside and keep warm.
- Combine ground turkey, spaghetti sauce, onion breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, and shape each portion into 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Place on broiler pan and broil 7 minutes on each side, or until done.
- Place 1 burger on each bottom half of roll. Top each with 1 slice of cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Cover with tops of rolls.
