Italian Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 6 -8 fresh plum tomatoes
- 3 -4 chopped fresh garlic cloves
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 lb bow tie pasta or 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1⁄4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
Directions
- Boil water for pasta and cook as directed. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mix well, drain pasta, add to tomato mixture, top with fresh grated Italian cheese and enjoy.
