Italian-Style Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 cup vigo breadcrumbs
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄3 cup onion, finely chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, sirlion, breadcrumbs, onions and 3/4 can tomato sauce.
- Mold into meatloaf shape. Place on foil-lined pan, sprayed with Pam.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Spoon remaining tomato sauce over the the top, cook another 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
