Italian Style Garlic Butter

Yields: 3/4 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer --
- store in covered container in refrigerator up to one month.
- to serve, spread evenly on slices of French bread or split bagels.
- place on an ungreased baking sheet --
- broil 4" from heat 2-3 minutes or until golden.
