Italian Style Cauliflower

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cauliflower florets
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts or 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (optional)
Directions
- Steam the cauliflower for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- If using the nuts, lightly saute in a small amount of oil.
- Blend or shake the remaining ingredients and pour over warm cauliflower.
- Toss to coat.
- Top with toasted nuts.
