Italian Skillet Supper

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sage
- 8 ounces cheese (mozzarella or any other cheese you like)
- 1 sliced tomatoes
- 3⁄4 cup cooked macaroni
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese, tomato and macaroni.
- Spoon 1/2 of mixture into 8" skillet (or baking dish).
- Cover with macaroni, 1/2 of cheese, tomato slices, then remaining mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- Top with rest of the cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes.
