Italian Sausage Soup With Spinach and Orzo

Made this up one night because I had a bunch of Italian sausage.

Directions

  1. Brown sausage, celery and onion in stock pot until onion translucent.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients except for orzo and simmer for approximately 30 minutes or more.
  3. Add orzo during last nine minutes of cooking.
