Italian Sausage Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 (19 7/8ounce) package  italian mild  sausage links, grilled and coin-sliced
  • 1  lb rigatoni pasta
  • 3  tablespoons olive oil
  • 2  minced garlic cloves
  • 1  large  red pepper, sliced into chunks and sauteed
  • 26  ounces  pasta sauce
  • 2  tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, keep warm.
  2. In large pan, place olive oil and garlic. Saute lightly for about 30 seconds. Add pepper and cook until crisp tender.
  3. Combine cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat till warm.
  4. Mix with rigatoni and top with fresh parsley.
