Italian Sausage and Pesto Wraps

Ingredients
- 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage
- 2 large bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1⁄4 cup basil pesto
- 8 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Directions
- In large skillet, cook sausage. Drain.
- Add bell peppers and onion and sauté 3-4 minutes. Add artichoke hearts with their liquid and basil pesto and cook until heated through.
- Divide sausage mixture among tortillas, top with cheese. Roll and serve.
