Italian Pasta Salad With Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled and cut into strips
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
- Prepare vegetables according to package directions.
- Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl, add dressing and toss well.
- Serve chilled, or at room temperature.
