Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground pork
- 2 slices rye bread (or whatever you have on hand)
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Soak 4 slices of bread in water for 2 minutes. Squeeze water out of the bread slices.
- Mix together all ingredients except tomato sauce and place in a bread/meatloaf baking pan.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes; pour can of tomato sauce over top of meatloaf and continue baking for additional 45 minutes.
