Italian Meatballs

These are delicious in marinara sauce, over pasta. They are by far the most moist meatballs I've ever had. Show more

Directions

  1. Place beef and pork into a large bowl.
  2. Add garlic, breadcrumbs, Asiago, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour beaten egg over mixture and and then gently mix with your hands until well covered/mixed.
  4. Form 1 1/2 in balls by gently rolling in your palms.
  5. Lay on cookie sheet.
  6. Lightly dust with all-purpose flour.
  7. Fry in about 1/4 in of olive oil, gently turning. Brown on all sides.
  8. Add to your favorite marinara sauce and simmer for thirty minutes!
