Italian "herbesan" Bread

A friend and I came up with this one to go with our seafood bisque. We had 3/4 cup wheat flour and 1-1/2 cups bread flour leftover from other baking, so we used these and finished the bread with all purpose flour. I posted it all using all purpose flour because you probably won't want to buy 3 kinds of flour to make one loaf. Hope you enjoy! Show more
