Italian Herb Mix

I was cooking something that needed italian herbs but didn't have any, and it took me a little while to find what the usual ingredients are so thought I'd post it here.

• Serves: 5
• Yields: 5 teaspoons

Ingredients

• 1  teaspoon dried oregano
• 1  teaspoon dried basil
• 1  teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1  teaspoon dried thyme
• 1  teaspoon dried sage

Directions

1. Mix all herbs well and store in an air-tight container.
