Italian Herb Dressing

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 cup wine or 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
• 1  clove garlic
• 1  teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
• 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in jar.
2. Cover and shake well.
3. Chill to blend flavors.
4. Remove garlic.
5. Shake again before serving.
