Italian Green Beans

This recipe was given to me by my Aunt. I love these green beans, boiled, then cooked with tomatoes, oregano, olive oil, garlic and parmesan cheese, and bacon, which it tastes good without the bacon as well. Show more

  1. Boil water on stove, when almost to boiling stage, put frozen green beans in pot, let boil about 20 minutes,or until tender, drain green beans.
  2. Put the green beans back in pot onto the stove on medium heat.
  3. Chop Tomato.
  4. put all ingredients in the pot and stir well to coat the green beans. cook about 10 minute
  5. sprinkle a little more parmesan cheese on top green beans when serving. Enjoy!
