Italian Goulosh

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- water
- 1 small onion
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 (4 -6 ounce) can mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can corn
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 1 (12 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells
Directions
- Break hamburger up, into large deep frying pan.
- Add just enought water so hamburger won't burn. Cook at medium heat. Add onions, garlic, oregano, bell pepper, mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally.
- When cooked add corn, tomato paste and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- In separate pot cook pasta shells according to instructions on package. Add shells to sauce and stir.
