Ingredients
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Blend ricotta and cream cheese.
- Gradually add cream & mix until light and fluffy.
- Add sugar, almond, and salt while still beating.
- Pour in to 4 serving dishes.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
